THE BLESSING: To live faithful, the Apostle Paul provides four

directives to address spiritual and moral apostasy.

Directive #1: Recognize that spiritual and moral apostasy is biblical

Directive #2: Refuse the influence of counterfeit Christianity

     2 Timothy 3:5-9; Matthew 7:15-23; 24:4-25; Acts 20:28-31;

     2 Peter 2:1-3; Galatians 1:6-9; 1 John 4:1

  • Influence #1: A counterfeit godliness. 2 Timothy 3:5

  • Influence #2: A counterfeit religion. 2 Timothy 3:6-9

Directive #3: Renew being grounded in the Word of God.

Directive #4: Remain in the love of God.
