Welcome
Alden Community Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. We believe the Bible as God's Holy Word, and strive to follow it in all that we do. Join us for our Sunday services!
Latest Sermon
While the church is familiar with the “Lord’s Prayer,” Jesus never intended it to be merely a script of words repeated over and over. Rather, He gave us a model for prayer—a guide for how we can talk to God using our own words. To see some of our Lord's actual prayers, we turn to John 17. In this chapter, we find Jesus praying to God the Father for Himself, His disciples, and all who would come to believe in Him. Through this prayer, we see His deep love for His Father and His bride, the Church, beautifully displayed. Join us as we study this powerful chapter and discover the heart of Jesus through His prayer.
